when I got them. They were new but some of the mounting holes were not drilled and I had to drill and install Helicoils at four locations. The inlets and outlets were cast with too small of openings. One was even more restrictive that the others. I used a carbide burr to open up the intakes and outlets to better than stock. I even had to grind on the outside of the inlets and outlets to make them as easy as stock to get the hoses on. After all the work, I'm very happy with them.
